אנו מחויבים לאפשר לכלל הציבור, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות, שימוש נגיש, שוויוני ונוח באתר. התאמות הנגישות בוצעו בהתאם לעקרונות התקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 לנגישות תכנים באינטרנט, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמת AA.

מהו ת״י 5568?

ת״י 5568 הוא התקן הישראלי המגדיר כיצד להנגיש אתרי אינטרנט לאנשים עם מוגבלויות. התקן עוסק, בין היתר, בתוכן שניתן לתפיסה, בממשק שניתן להפעלה באמצעות מקלדת, במידע ברור ומובן ובתאימות לטכנולוגיות מסייעות כגון קוראי מסך.

התאמות הנגישות שבוצעו באתר

מבנה כותרות: שימוש היררכי בכותרות ובאזורים סמנטיים המסייעים להתמצאות באמצעות קורא מסך.
תמונות וסמלים: תמונות המעבירות מידע מקבלות תיאור חלופי; סמלים דקורטיביים מוסתרים מקוראי מסך.
ניגודיות: צבעי הטקסט והרקע נבחרו לקריאות טובה, וניתן להפעיל מצב ניגודיות גבוהה.
ניווט מקלדת: ניתן להגיע לקישורים, לכפתורים ולשדות באמצעות Tab ו־Shift+Tab ולהפעילם באמצעות Enter או מקש הרווח.
שדות חיפוש: לכל שדה קיימת תווית ברורה. רשימת התחומים ניתנת להפעלה באמצעות מקשי החצים, Enter ו־Esc.
קישורים: הקישורים מנוסחים כך שמטרתם ברורה גם כאשר הם נקראים מחוץ להקשר.
תוכן: נעשה שימוש בפסקאות, רשימות וטקסט ברור ככל האפשר.
רכיבים אינטראקטיביים: חלונית הנגישות כוללת תוויות ARIA, ניהול מיקוד וסגירה באמצעות Esc.
קוראי מסך: האתר עושה שימוש ב־HTML סמנטי וב־ARIA במקומות הנדרשים.
הגדלת תצוגה: ניתן להגדיל את הטקסט עד 200% בלי לאבד תוכן או פעולה.

כיצד מפעילים את אפשרויות הנגישות?

לחצו על הכפתור הצף הכחול עם סמל הנגישות.
בחרו בניגודיות גבוהה, הגדלת טקסט, איפוס טקסט או צמצום תנועה.
לסגירת החלונית לחצו על כפתור הסגירה או על Esc.

אפשר לנווט באתר באמצעות Tab, לחזור באמצעות Shift+Tab ולהפעיל קישור או כפתור באמצעות Enter. הקישור „דלג לתוכן המרכזי” מופיע בתחילת הניווט במקלדת. ניתן גם להשתמש בהגדלת הדפדפן באמצעות Ctrl ו־+ ולהקטין באמצעות Ctrl ו־-.

מגבלות נגישות

כפתורי פרטי המשרה והגשת המועמדות מפנים לאתר SVT Jobs, שהוא אתר חיצוני שאינו בשליטתנו. ייתכנו בו מגבלות נגישות שאיננו יכולים לתקן באתר זה.

We are committed to providing the public, including people with disabilities, with accessible, equal, and convenient use of this website. Accessibility adjustments were implemented in accordance with the principles of Israeli Standard SI 5568 for accessible web content, which is based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

What is Israeli Standard SI 5568?

SI 5568 is the Israeli standard that defines how websites should be made accessible to people with disabilities. It covers perceivable content, keyboard-operable interfaces, clear and understandable information, and compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers.

Accessibility adjustments implemented

Heading structure: Hierarchical headings and semantic regions support orientation with screen readers.
Images and icons: Informative images receive alternative text, while decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
Color contrast: Text and background colors were selected for readability, with an optional high-contrast mode.
Keyboard navigation: Links, buttons, and fields can be reached with Tab and Shift+Tab and activated with Enter or Space.
Search fields: Every field has a clear label. Field suggestions can be operated with the arrow keys, Enter, and Escape.
Clear links: Link text describes its purpose without relying on surrounding text.
Readable content: The site uses clear text, paragraphs, and lists wherever possible.
Interactive components: The accessibility dialog includes ARIA labels, focus management, and Escape-key support.
Screen readers: The website uses semantic HTML and ARIA where needed.
Text resizing: Text can be enlarged up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

How to use the accessibility options

Select the floating blue button displaying the accessibility symbol.
Choose High Contrast, Increase Text, Reset Text, or Reduce Motion.
Close the dialog with its Close button or the Escape key.

Use Tab to move forward, Shift+Tab to move backward, and Enter to activate a link or button. The “Skip to main content” link is the first item reached by keyboard. Browser zoom is also available with Ctrl and +, and can be reduced with Ctrl and -.

Known limitations

Job details and application buttons lead to the external SVT Jobs website, which is not under our control. That website may contain accessibility limitations that cannot be corrected from this website.

The Website does not receive or store CVs and does not accept applications. Selecting a job-details link transfers you to SVT Jobs, where the application process takes place. From that point, the terms and privacy policy of SVT Jobs or the relevant external service also apply.
